【摘要】:ThisclauseofPart1isreplacedbythefollowing.ThisInternationalStandarddealswiththesafetyofelectricfloortreatmentandwetscrubbingmachinesintendedforhouseholdandsimilarpurposes,theirratedvoltagebeingnotmorethan250V.NOTE101Examplesoffloortreatmentmachinesare–floorbuffers;–floorpolishers;–floorwaxers.NOTE102Examplesofwetscrubbingmachinesare–floorscrubbers;–rugshampooers;–upholsteryshampooers.Appliancesnotintendedfornormalhouseholdusebutthatneverthelessmaybeasourceofdangertothepublic,suchasappliancesintendedtobeusedbylaymeninshops,inlightindustryandonfarms,arewithinthescopeofthisstandard.NOTE103Examplesofsuchappliancesareappliancesintendedtobeusedinhotels,offices,schools,hospitalsandsimilarpremises.Asfarasispracticable,thisstandarddealswiththecommonhazardspresentedbyappliancesthatareencounteredbyallpersonsinandaroundthehome.However,ingeneral,itdoesnottakeintoaccountpersons(includingchildren)whose?physical,sensoryormentalcapabilities;or?lackofexperienceandknowledgepreventsthemfromusingtheappliancesafelywithoutsupervisionorinstruction;–childrenplayingwiththeappliance.NOTE104Attentionisdrawntothefactthat–forappliancesintendedtobeusedinvehiclesoronboardshipsoraircraft,additionalrequirementsmaybenecessary;–inmanycountriesadditionalrequirementsarespecifiedbythenationalhealthauthorities,thenationalauthoritiesresponsiblefortheprotectionoflabourandsimilarauthorities.NOTE105Thisstandarddoesnotapplyto–vacuumcleanersandwatersuctioncleaningappliances(IEC60335-2-2);–appliancesintendedforindustrialpurposes;–appliancesintendedtobeusedinlocationswherespecialconditionsprevail,suchasthepresenceofacorrosiveorexplosiveatmosphere(dust,vapour,orgas);–floorsandingmachines.
