【摘要】:Thisguideisrecommendedtobeusedinpreparingspecificationsforthenon-destructiveevaluationofbrazedorweldedelectricalcontactbondedarea.6Therecommendedproceduresaremeanttoimprovethereproducibilityoftestdataamongvariouslaboratories.Specificdifferencesamongequipmentmodelsandtechnicianskillsdoexistwhichwilllimitabsolutecorrelation.Thisguideprovidesanindicationofthedegreeofvariabilitywhichhasbeenobservedasrealisticamongindustryparticipants.Ultrasonictestingalonedoesnotinsureanunderstandingofbondedintegrity.Otherattributes(thatis,strength)mayrequirecorrelationwithdestructivetestmethods.1.1Thisguidedescribesultrasonictestingproceduresthatcanbeusedforevaluatingthebondqualityofelectricalcontactassembliesmanufacturedbybrazingorwelding.1.2Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.ItistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtobecomefamiliarwithallhazardsincludingthoseidentifiedintheappropriateMaterialSafetyDataSheet(MSDS)forthisproduct/materialasprovidedbythemanufacturer,toestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpractices,anddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
