【摘要】:1.1Thesetestmethodscoverthepreparationandelectricaltestingofinsulatingpaperandboardimpregnatedwithaliquiddielectric.Theyprovideformeasuringdissipationfactor(powerfactor),permittivity(dielectricconstant),anddielectricstrength.Wherethesemethodsstateonly"paper,"thesameprocedureshallapplytoboard.1.2Thesetestmethodshavebeenfoundpracticableforpapershavingnominalthicknessof0.05mm(2mil)andabove.Theyhavebeenusedsuccessfullyforinsulatingboardasthickas6mm(1/4in.)whencareistakentoassurethespecimengeometrynecessaryforvalidmeasurementofdielectricproperties.Suitablegeometrydependsontheelectrodesystemused.Rigidsolidopposingelectrodesrequireflatspecimensthathaveessentiallyparallelsurfaces.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyproblems,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.>
