【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardappliestotractiontransformersinstalledonboardrollingstockandtothevarioustypesofinductorsinsertedinthepowerandauxiliarycircuitsofelectricvehicles.NOTE1Theterm"inductor"isusedinthisstandardwiththesamemeaningastheterm"reactor"mentionedinIEC60050(421),IEC60050(811)andIEC60289.Theinductorsmentionedinthefirstparagraphmaybe:-filterinductors;-smoothinginductors;-commutationinductors;-protectioninductorsinstaticpowerconvertors;-inductiveshuntsfortractionmotors;-inductorsusedfortransitionbetweentapchangernotches;-brakingcircuitinductors;-interferencesuppressioninductors.NOTE2TherequirementsofIEC60076areapplicabletotractiontransformerswheretheydonotconflictwiththisstandard,orwiththespecializedIECpublicationsdealingwithtractionapplications.NOTE3Fortransformersandinductorsforstaticpowerconvertors,referenceshouldalsobemadetoIEC61287.Thisstandardcanalsobeapplied,afteragreementbetweenuserandmanufacturer,tothetractiontransformersofthree-phasea.c.line-sidepoweredvehiclesandtothetransformersinsertedinthesingle-phaseorpolyphaseauxiliarycircuitsofvehicles,exceptforinstrumenttransformersandtransformersofaratedoutputbelow1kVAsingle-phaseor5kVApolyphase.Thisstandarddoesnotcoveraccessoriessuchastapchangers,resistors,heatexchangers,fans,etc.,intendedformountingonthetransformersorinductors,whichshallbetestedseparatelyaccordingtorelevantrules.Whentapchangersareanintegralpartofthetransformers,theycannotbeseparatedwhilethelatteraretested.Forserviceconditions,refertoIEC60077-1,Clause7.
