【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestechnicalsafetyrequirementsandprotectivemeasurestobeadoptedbypersonsundertakingthedesign,manufactureandsupplyofhydraulicpressbrakeswhicharedesignedtoworkcoldmetalormaterialpartlyofmetalandhereafterreferredtoasmachines.ThisEuropeanStandardalsocovershydraulicpressbrakes,whoseprimaryintendeduseisthecoldworkingofmetal,whicharetobeusedinthesamewaytoworkothersheetmaterialssuchascardboardorplastic.TherequirementsinthisEuropeanStandardtakeaccountofintendeduse,includingforeseeablemisuseasdefinedin3.22ofENISO12100-1:2003.ThisEuropeanStandardpresumesaccesstothepressbrakefromalldirections,dealswiththehazardsdescribedinClause4,andspecifiesthesafetymeasuresforboththeoperatorandotherexposedpersons.ThisEuropeanStandardalsoappliesto:-ancillarydeviceswhichareanintegralpartofthepressbrake,e.g.backgaugesandadjustablefrontsheetsupports;-machineswhichareintegratedintoanautomaticproductionlinewherethehazardsandriskarisingarecomparabletothoseofmachineworkingseparately.TherequirementsofthisEuropeanStandardapplytoallhydraulicpressbrakeswhateverthetechnologyusedintheircontrolsystem,e.g.electromechanicaland/orelectronic.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotapplytomachineswhoseprincipaldesignedpurposeis:a)sheetfoldingbyrotaryaction;b)tubeandpipebendingbyrotaryaction;c)rollbending.ThisEuropeanStandardappliestomachinesbuiltafterthedateofissueofthisEuropeanStandard.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotcoverthesafetyaspectofautomaticloadingandunloadingequipment.SomeguidancehowtotakeintoaccountadditionalautomaticloadingandunloadingequipmentcanbefoundinISO11161.
