【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesthereferencemethodforthedeterminationofthefatcontentofdriedmilkanddriedmilkproducts.Themethodisalsoapplicabletodriedmilkwithafatcontentof40%massfractionormore,driedwhole,driedpartiallyskimmed,anddriedskimmedmilk,driedwhey,driedbuttermilkanddriedbutterserum.Themethodisnotapplicablewhenthepowdercontainshardlumpswhichdonotdissolveinammoniasolutionorfreefattyacidsinsignificantquantities.NOTEWhenthepowdercontainshardlumpswhichdonotdissolveinammoniasolutionorcontainsfreefattyacidsinsignificantquantities,noticeablebyadistinctsmell,theresultofthedeterminationwillbetoolow.Withsuchproducts,amethodusingtheWeibull-Berntropprincipleissuitable(seeISO8262-3/IDF124-3).
