【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardsprcifiesthequalificationandcertificationofpersonnelinvolvedinnon-destructivetesting(NDT).Itisapplicabletoproficiencyinoneormoreofthefollowingmethods:-acousticemissiontesting;-eddycurrenttesting;-infraredthermographictesting;-leaktesting(hydraulicpressuretestsexcluded);-magneticparticletesting;-penetranttesting;-straintesting;-ultrasonictesting;-visualtesting(directunaidedvisualtestsandvisualtestscarriedoutduringtheapplicationofanotherNDTmethodareexcluded).CertificationtothisInternationalStantardprovidesanattestationofgeneralcompetenceoftheNDToperator.Itdoesnotrepresentanauthorizationtooperate,sincethisremainstheresponsibilityoftheemployer,andthecertifiedemplyeemayrequireadditionalspecializedknowledgeofparameterssuchasequipment,NDTprocedures,materialsandproductsoftheemployer.Whererequiredbyregulatoryrequirementwandcodes,theauthorizationtooperatewillbegiveninwritingbytheemployerinaccordandewithaqualityprocedurethatdefinesanyemp;oyer-requiredjob-specifictrainingandexaminationsdesignedtoberifythecertidicateholder'sknowledgeofrelevantindustrycode(s),standard(s),NDTprocedures,equipment,andacceprandecriteriaforthetestedproducts.ThesystemspecifiedbythisInternationalStandardcouldalsobeapplicabletootherNDTmethods,whereindependentcertificationprogramsexist.

JB/T 7944-2000 本标准是对JB/T 7944-95《圆柱螺旋弹簧 抽样检查》的修订。 本标准规定了圆柱螺旋弹簧抽样方法。 本标准适用于冷卷与热卷圆柱螺旋弹簧压缩、拉伸弹簧和冷卷圆柱螺旋扭转弹簧。 本标准不适用于气门弹簧、液压件弹簧以及柴油机喷油泵、调速器、喷油器等特殊要求的弹簧。 本标准于1989年以GB 1239.5-89首次发布，于1996年标准号调整为JB/T 7944-95。
